Potential Assessment

Good people are often underutilized, being discouraged by the lack of challenge. In other cases they may be overestimated, being promoted to positions where challenges are larger than their capacity. The evaluation of potential accurately measure what can be expected from an individual, the areas in which they will performe better, and situations to prioritize or avoid.
Our assessment of potential is performed using a statistical tool, mapping work historical and by competences based interview.
