Organizational culture and corporate culture are synonymies.

It is the pattern of basic assumptions that the group has invented, discovered or developed in learning to cope with its problems of external adaptation and internal integration, and that has worked well enough to be considered valid, and, therefore, to be taught to new members as the correct way to perceive, think and fell in relation to those problems (Schein, 1986).Is a set of key-characteristics that the organization values and that differentiate it from the others (Schein, 1985).
