The evolution, or change, of the culture of a company requires adjustments in different dimensions: symbols, heroes, rituals, practices and values. This means assessing, and in many cases redesigning, the performance indicators system. We believe that the health of a company can not be measured just under the financial perspective. There is a risk that structural problems will be noticed only when they become critical. Our experience shows that the four pillars – customers, people, processes and financial returns – are equally important for the perpetuation of an fully healthy business .
