Andragogy (the science to guide adult learning) is used as a reference by People & Results to work towards the desired values and behavior.

In adults, learning is oriented to solve problems and accomplish tasks faced in daily life. It discourages a logical teaching, focused only on content. An adult learns 20% of what is seen, 40% of what is seen and heard and 70% of what is seen, heard and done. Therefore, all the concepts and tools discussed duringthe workshops, are presented through practical exercises, group activities, film and case analysis, and moments of reflection.

Issues covered: integration, cooperation, consensus, common goal, appreciation and respect for diversity, communication and feedback.
